Skunkape, Sasquatch, Bigfoot. They're different based on geographical location. But a big furry bigfoot family would be cool. Maybe a planet of the apes, ape.
Birds are cool, Roseate spoonspill, osprey, eagle, woodstork, Ivory-billed woodpecker, mottled duck, hawks, ibis, blue jay, scrub jay.
Squirrels, raccoons, coiled snakes, porpoise, diving pelican, shorebirds, anhinga, great blue heron.
Many of these aren't for killing. For example an osprey, eagle, and pelican could fly around and dive for food in the water. I guess they could be killed in the game, but that's not where my mindset is.
And all the freshwater fish you can make.
