Like the painting ?, you create sculptures, works of art or has to expose online?
GameGuru can help you build a 3D environment where you can wander through your own art gallery, place your art, paintings, sculptures etc.

Your public can take a virtual tour and admire all your artworks, and why not, maybe make a major sale, you dare?

This could be a hypothetical reason, would demonstrate the versatility that is reaching GameGuru, and although it has nothing to do with games, which is what is designed, you can do interesting things, if you try to think "out the box", I still do not know how this is done.

The paintings exhibited in the gallery are just crazy fruit of my crazy mind.
Some are photomontage, others are paintings done on canvas and painted in oil, others made on the computer using 2D software.
You will find it easy to identify in the video below.

I think it will be clear that I like surrealism, and I know that has nothing to do with the games, so not interesting, but I can not avoid it.

I always liked and now GG gives me opportunity in 3d, that other dimension that I missed so much, yeah dear friends, GG is more than just hitting shots and kill people.
You can create a world that suits you and get lost in the along a while, which is not bad, from time to time.

I hope you like it even if only a little.
Thank you for viewing this video.
Of course all kinds of feedbacks are welcome.

Pd: I need to work more on the texts, the paintings are very close to each others, and this creates some confusion in the order in which the names of the paintings, should appears.

Nice to see so many alternate uses for GG lately. I've been wanting to use it for some time to recreate my own home and use it to redesign the interior and the exterior/test ideas with the ability to walk through. It's obviously had that ability since day one, I just haven't gotten around to making it! When Oculus Rift support comes back, I will probably do so. The whole VR experience just adds depth to a scene that can't be experienced on a flat panel alone. Anyway, simulations of any kind are definitely a use!

I used FPSC-Classic once as a thesis project for an interactive 3D gallery of all the art movements through-out the eras. I got an A lol

Glad you like it. Thanks for kind words.

Yes it has many uses.
If you work in advertising, GG is useful for presenting a product.

If you are a estate agent you can recreate a virtual tour of the house you want to sell, the customer can get a better idea of the house, before visiting.

If you are a house painter, you can experiment with different colors, among which the customer can choose.

If you want to do reforms, change the furniture in your house, as Jerry says.

And much more.

But how do you get a 2d picture into GG, is that even possible?

Every texture is a 2d picture applied to a 3d model.

About textures you can done yours in PS, though (I use CorelDraw), about 3d model you'll need a 3d soft.

Great idea 3com, just goes to show that TGC isn't only creating something that allows people to make shootem ups.
HP Pavilion Laptop, AMD A8-4555M APU with Radeon(tm) Graphics HD Graphics 1.6GHz, 8GB Memory, 64 Bit Operating System (Windows 8.1), 1 TB Hard Drive.

I've got something to say - It's better to burn out than fade away.
