I've been using GG for about 2 weeks now and I'm impressed, but I wanted to ask if it is possible to configure the controls. On my laptop, the F1, F2, F3, and F4 keys are used for stuff like volume, so it is impossible for me to prebake my lighting. My game's map is pretty big, and since the shadows are in real-time, it (or so I think, correct me if wrong) creates more lag. Is it possible to configure the controls? On games like Gmod, I've set my F3 key to the "\" key so I can use it, but is it possible to do this in GameGuru? I'm OK if it isn't, but I was just concerned for my game's performance. Thanks.

This is an interesting scenario you present. I would like you to press the green help button on the lower right, and talk to support.
Right now there is no way to assign those function keys different
They have ways of reading the keyboard strikes and maybe can determine a fix for your issue.
Please include your machine specs and operating system, and the language you are using.

Thanks.

Excellent, but the support team will need this information when you press the green help button in the lower right of this screen.
I have nothing available to me to change this behavior for you. Support has that option.

Thanks again.

I thought most laptops had a "Fn" key to change the function key behaviour? A bit like a shift key.

My Fn key broke and doesn't work, so I was just wondering if there was a way around it, but I can settle with realtimed lighting.

that is going to make things tough, and dynamic lights will only go so far. Most laptop keyboard can be had relatively cheap and installed in an hour.
Check ebay or amazon and see what the prices are for replacement one.
Or you could get a usb keyboard and plug it in and you will have the available keys for running this program.

@ carterpc4

This might be worth a look...
You might have a setting in your bios settings to switch the default status of the function keys.
If you have this feature in the bios it just switches the primary state of the keys.

cheers

I may be old, but at least my memory still ....hmmm
