why this happens ?

looks like this was light mapped and then the turnOff LM objects in F11 mode.

I have seen this before when doing this, Not sure why it happens, But maybe turn this back on and re light map and see if it goes away.

I can not solve the problem , I made a new map and to reapply mapping lights and passes again

where did these objects come from? what does the FPE file look like? Are all the textures with the model? does this model have LOD's?

I found loading my old map before lightmapping and re saving it under a new name and then light mapping again rectified it for me ...
Try that see what happens ...
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..

This issue should be fixed in 0.28 ....It completely wipes old data when rebaking
