hi!
i was just wondering if it could be possible to have zombies that are unleashed from a prison or something like this when a trigger is activated attacking the bad guys? i mean i have some terrorists in a mad scientists facility that hunt me and when i unleash the zombies they attack me but also the bad guys??

Hi nuncio

As far as I am aware there is no function for characters to attack characters .... Although maybe not impossible at this time it would probably have to be all scripted .... you may have better luck asking on the script boards for something like this.
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..

as synchromesh said, there's no default way to do it but it can be scripted if you know how.
melee attacks are easy - shooting is more complicated though as there's no real way to detect obstacles from our end.

You could script an enemy vs enemy attack, but the built in AI system which automated targeting, path finding, etc only allows enemy vs player right now. We have the ally and bad vs bad in there, we just need to expose it via LUA and through more entity controls, which will happen when this request floats naturally to the top of every ones wish list.
