The best way is to simply drop them into the level and see what happens. You will notice the start marker defines where you start, the sound zone makes a sound when you enter it, trigger will likewise make a trigger sound and the story zone will show you a video if you specify one. You can specify properties for all markers by selecting PROPERTIES from the widget and editing the values, then clicking Apply Changes.
