I know you can install Game Guru on two computers that you own, HOWEVER, if you are planning to make a game and play it in the multiplayer mode with someone, you will need to have two games. That is where the 2-pack with the discount comes in.
I have been playing single player with my son on my computer and we wanted to play a multiplayer game. We quickly found out that two computers connected to the same account will not work . If I purchase a game guru for him on his computer we can connect and play together.
