So I hope one of the mods can answer this question. I made a set of skins for the SniperM700. Just a modification of the existing texture. I was going to share links with the models and textures ready to drop and drag into Gameguru, but thought better of it. I'm unsure about what I'm doing. Under the Free models and media thread it says "Are you releasing/looking for FREE Models, Music/Sound FX, Modification or Media? This is the place to be." This would fall under the modification category, but I just want to be sure I don't violate any copyright laws. Could you clarify this question?

(On a side note: I thought ErrantAI made the M700, but after watching his video on Youtube, it looks different. Who is the author/artist.)

Hi,

Technically no, you can not distribute these textures unless they have been significantly modified. However they are owned by TheGameCreators so I will bring this matter up with the team on Monday. If you could wait for a decision and we'll review our policy and let you know.

You cannot as you say, distribute models AND textures at all, and that's not likely to change.
