Does entity rotate not work sometimes with R and CTRL R, works on and off for me

I have not heard of any or had any issues myself ?
Just tested again to confirm

"R" ...."Shft + R" .... "CTrl + R" ... All ok my end.... Also selecting model with rotate widget seems ok

any particular models ?
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..

no particular models no, will rotate with widget but sometimes the ctrl r etc not working. odd !
