Does the map editor in' GURU' clear the video memory upon exiting? . I ran into a strange problem yesterday after playing (2 hours) with several map creations and making a lot of entity changes , just using stock entities and store purchases . I exited the map editor ..
I tried playing a dvd with a video file on it and it stopped working. The picture pixilated . I tried another dvd with just music on it and it worked fine . I tried the dvd with the video on it again and it didn't even start . I then tried the dvd with the video on my work laptop and it played like it should . After rebooting the PC I was able to play the video file on the dvd . The dvd drive is a little over a year old ,maybe it is going bad ? The PC is a little over a year old also .The dvd drive is working fine today , haven't been doing any 'map editing' ,yet .


My video card NVIDIA 660 (GTX(?)) 2gb.
The dvd was " Tutorial Course FPS Creator " disc1 and 2 .. the gamecreators.

I was looking up waypoint editing and the use of antigravity platforms ..
