Is it an idea to create a tool to make a terrace or a pond , increase height(terrace) or lower height(pond), the selection could be made by a mouse created square or circle. I was creating a city with streets and crossings so I was wondering if it is possible to select the
square between the streets increase the height and put a building etc. on it. Also interesting to create straight canals, dikes and
dams etc.
