Just thought I'd share this because I found it hilarious when I found it out! I'm guessing this is because melee hasn't been introduced yet. But a simple way to kill the enemy is get really close and crouch! The enemy will want to run away from you before trying to shoot you... giving you all the time in the world to shoot them! Makes killing the enemy easy... just run straight for them and then crouch and shoot! hehehe

Or just shoot them from across the map with the magnum It's a one shot kill at the moment.
