It would be easily possible to put a Reloaded standalone onto a CD or DVD, a floppy may be a little difficult these days.. You may need an installer routine to install it on the users system as well of course.

Don't forget the runtime libraries. vb and direct x. there are also some dll which have been reported to be needed on some users machines to get the stand alone games running.
