Sure! But you'd need to animate and export them with an other application, of course!

What kinds of chars are you planning to make?

Right now no idea.....

But it seemed to look pretty easy and kind of cut out the actual problems of making very good custom characters that would differ from anyone else even using the same tool with so much variety ...

I don't know that much about character modelling but its £75:99 on steam and the option to buy expansion packs......

If its as simple as creating a character and using Animer to convert it to FPSC then I thought it might be a good investment..

I bought this when it first came out really cheap on steam. It's really fast and has a lot of customization. Once done I export it to Maya and reduce poly. Best I can get without loosing too much quality is about 10000. They start around 30000. I have used it with UDK but not with FPSCR. The characters created cannot be sold by themselves!!!! This should be paid very close attention to if you are considering it. Just read the agreement.

Also its updated every couple of months with better functions and new content.

Thanks for the info raymondlee306 ..

When you say not by themselves ....do you mean as standalone characters.....But I could sell my game with them incorporated ?

Altough I'd recommend to keep characters below that for reloaded, unless you work with a set of LOD stages.

I don't have any experience with getting characters into reloaded. You could probably shrink that poly count a little more if Reloaded uses smoothing groups or something similar.

Yes, you can include the characters in your game, but you are ultimately responsible for making sure they are properly encoded.
