pretty cool, only annoying part is that nothing will stack so after awhile it gets really really messy having to raise each segment trying to guess what height is good when making more than 1 story. unless it is something i am doing wrong but i thought that you press enter to raise to the next level.

Raise the second level above the first then press enter to snap it on top

You can use this kit is in commercial projects, but You can not sell these models as your
pleases a reference
