so I have been working on my interiors caves and corridors map. spent the last 2 hours building a mountain around the structures to hide them all.
when it came to placing a church on top of fake terrain, the editor created real terrain underneath pushing all intities below the church in the caves up to match, when I used the ctrl + z key all that happened was the church disappeared but terrain created stayed in map leaving a mess on stuff all out of place .. so after trying to use the undo button again, which had no effect I thought to flatten terrain to get rid of the unneeded created area... this made the entire map collapse and all height placed entities to sink to the ground.

1, terrain should not be randomly created when placing buildings on fake terrain I don't think
2, undo only deletes entities and not terrain changes as well at the same time, and only works once..
3 flatten terrain should not effect models floating in the air..

ohwell something learned today but damn was that a hard 2 hours of entity placing to creat a fake mountain lol.. im not doing it again for a throw away map ;p lol so please lee fix these above issues

When placing entities if there's a slight yellow to the circle it will auto flatten terrain press U to make it normal you will see the yellow go away, so will just be red if static green if dynamic

the above is the outside of the caves and corridors video that I have been trying to recreate again.. lot less to the illusion of a mountain this time as I wont try to get to climb said mountain... but now its possible with the help of rolfy's invisible walls to limit the extent of the outside world traversable!. and maintain the illusion of a small mountain at the back of this soon to be base of some kind ..

not a lot to do with original post this 1 but there we go lol..

I've experienced the same bug. Seems placing a entity down in that mode (sometimes very easy to miss, and automatic with many objects) is 2 operations. So I can see why it fails, still annoying though and probably needs sorting

At the moment I think it's a very limited undo, undoing just entities. I'm sure it will get better over time.
