Each model must be in its own entitybank folder, with no subfolders. The entitybank (with lowercase 'e') must have a .bmp thumbnail image, an fpe file, x file, as well as diffuse, normal and specular texture maps. This page has more info - http://tgcstore.net/admin/?md=upload-guide-index

Some ugly overflow there, that I will fix... but Gtox is 100% correct read the guide he linked you to and that should help you understand the format you must upload in.
