Still tweaking the textures a bit, but wanted to let you all have a peek.

What you see in the screenshots consists of around 10 or 12 pieces. The pack has around 35 pieces now, but There's a lot more I want to add. At least a few more hallway configurations, and some more scenery props.

Estimated price? Will there be more interactives like keypads, switches, computer consoles, etc.? Will it or another pack contain NPCs/weapons/items?

By keeping the textures relatively dark, and not going overboard on the Spec maps. It is a pain when you have just the 1 main directional light source. I did not use any additional colored lights in the level, as they made the wall colors muddy looking. As the engine improves, and more dynamic lighting features, and effects become available, these should look even better in your levels.

If I can get my hands on some interesting, or useful scripts, I could get a bunch of stuff knocked out in no time. And could make whatever you need. I'm not a scriptor, and LUA is a mystery to me as yet. As for characters, I have not had the time to mess with those yet, so perhaps in the future when the character creator is released.

If there is anyone who has some cool scripts, that you would like to see incorporated into the scifi theme, contact me, and I'll be glad to build some neat stuff that can use them.

And thanks for all the kind words my friends.

Here's what the command bridge looks like. The Idea for the design was inspired from the bridge of the" Nostromo" from the original "Alien" film. I've redone the rear section, and added railings, and plan to add 2 additional control stations at the rear as well.

More to come....

what are you thinking about? I have less ideas for scripts at the moment, so learning lua stopped for me... Let me know your ideas!

My dream is to develope games, which makes fun when I create it and fun when other people play it.

Hi Guys, Here's an update. These "Techwalls" can be used as walls themselves, or placed on existing walls to dress up your rooms, or hallways.

In addition to the blues above, I've done them in a military green, and grey metal.

Here's a shot with the light low, so you can see the illumination a bit better.

more later....

Comments and ideas welcome.

Conjured: Hey There my friend, great to see you here. Been a long time.

5316 total ( Which is about half of what my cargo loader tops off at). I plan to add a few hundred to the "landed" version for the gear. Overall, I don't see it going over 5500 for that one. This one will be part of the launch bay (Which is in the works for the weekend).

Still needs work on the textures, which I'll probably knock out this evening.

Can I drop you an e-mail later?

While working on a bunch of stuff the last few days, I managed to get the rear part of the fighter finished up.

I'm keeping the landed version (landing gear added) for the pack. This one, you can grab here, or on the free media thread.

Anytime.

But I don't take time to check it that often, so the reply might be delayed. (Like this one lol)

I am sending more time offline these days, because I am in the boonies with a wireless internet connection that is worse than the old dial ups back in the day. Good thing is, that gives me more time to spend modeling. Still waiting for the HUDs before getting deeper into LUA.

THANKS for the download.

I'll try it out later tonight.

No set release date yet. But if you've ever used any of my stuff before, you know I have a tendency to go overboard. And when it's done, It will hopefully be worth the wait my friend. I couldn't bare disappointing any of my forum buddies.

I will try to have it ready by the holidays, so start clearing up some drive space, your gonna need it for this one.
I'll have more screenshots soon, and I'll be giving away more free models here, as we go. So stay tuned!!!

Your pal, Cosmic

Here's a little something, this is a 2 story fan unit that just sits in front of any wall. This is an animation test done in Milkshape so not the best quality, and no textues.
