I paid for 2000 store points last night to purchase the city pack but the transaction is still not honoured by my store points balance. How long does it usually take to show?

the same happened to me today ..purchased 4000 store point today..
Received a mail from paypal for payment accepted but none mail from TGC store and obviously points are not on my account ...

I think its actually the bank that approves it not TGC ?
When I order points at the end Paypal tries to confirm the transaction for me 3 times ( it never goes through ) it says it will try again later....But I have never waited anymore that 15 minutes ..

paypal approved instanlty my order and transaction but for approval mail from tgc store I always must wait many hours sometimes days..

this is very disappointing to me..

PayPal takes longer than bank payments to approve, you do have to wait for a staff member to confirm your order I am afraid, we hope to improve this system in future.

I noticed that they charged my 4000 store points to my other account for classic fps creator ..but I dont have a Reloaded pledge on it...
So now i have 5000 store points (4000 from today+1000 I had yet) that I cannot use ....is there a way they can transfer store point to my gold reloaded pledge account?? o can I transfer points from my two accounts???
