How can you change the background of the sky? I do not mean to click on F7.

Press the TAB menu and you can change the skybox from the drop down that appears.

in the menu i have file, terrain, view and help and in any of them i do not have anything that allows me to change the background of the sky.

You Press TAB twice and then you'll have a dropdown list to select the skybox you want to use.

Sorry but it does not work for me. I am creating a new lavel and press TAB twice And nothing happens. i use V-1.0085
I tested it on two different computers and it still does not work.

Are you in the editor or in a stand-alone game? TAB only works when in editor test mode. So, you actually have to run the test game. It doesn't just work in editing mode.

Yeah sorry forgot to mention you have to be in test-mode to do it.



I personally would love to be able to access the same settings from the windowed editor mode. I find using the graphical interface while in test mode isn't precise enough as a windows based sliders and dropdowns. But meh... maybe thats just me.

It's not just you. I think a lot of these settings should be accessible in the editor without entering test mode.
