3 Questions.

1. I have a number of buildings That is saved with 3ds-max and their textures. How do I import this to FPSCR?
2. I have a intro video for my game. Is it possible to view the video before the game starts If so what format and resolution i need to save the video?

I thought about this question while writing the two previous questions
3. How can you learn FPSCR in a more professional way? I mean to programming and how to apply the code on FPSCR. I see people do things that still can not be done with FPSCR (They play with the code). I think I can contribute to a lot of friends here If I start to write code because I have a lot of experience with many programming languages I just need to understand the concept behind the programming with FPSCR.

1. I don't use 3ds-max, but I've seen around these forums that there is a Directx exporter for it. Textures need to be in .dds format (the engine will accept some other formats currently, but it would be best to stick with .dds because those other formats may not work in the future!)

2. No ability to do intro videos at this point, unless the hotfix added it, but I haven't seen any mention of it around the forums.

3. Learn LUA. Better yet, look in the script folder, study how the scripts are written, right-click an entity to see/change the script that it uses. Look in the fpe for the entity to do the same. Play with some of the values in the scripts, see what they do! (back up the originals, of course) Then look in the script forum and see how other people are working their "magic". Then go to LUA.org and learn LUA! Good luck!

Yes, you can do this now with the Omega Core plugin. I have a function that allows you to launch a video with windows media player and also block the player from performing input during the playing of the video.

System Specs: OS - Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1, CPU - AMD Phenom II X4 945, 3.0Ghz, RAM - 8Gb DDR3, GFX Card - 2048MB NVIDIA GeForce GT 640, FPSC-R Version - Beta 1.0071

I highly recommend downloading my Rescue the Princess game demo. I don't think there's a demo out there that uses more Lua scripting than I've packed into this demo. You are free to dissect it and analyze every detail of what makes it tick. And I'd be happy to answer any questions you or anyone else has about just exactly how it was done.

Rescue the Princess demo can be downloaded here:

Also, not sure if the Reloaded Files website has the latest Omega Core (synchromesh?) so you should grab it from this link just in case:
