So they release a game of v8 yet not v8. I am baffled as to why v8 game is good enough for release yet the maker isn't. It makes no difference but why 1 not the other

May be the UI / editor itself for V.8 isn't complete but the underlying game engine is?

I don't think it's 1.008 yet and is still being worked on and tweaked.

One plan was to release at the same time, but we decided to put extra eggs into the DEMO version (which worked out the correct decision in the end) and add a week or so to the V1.008 release give it the same attention to testing. Hopefully we can avoid a hot fix scenario this way.

You will have been sent an email to the one given in the form. Also check your Spam folder as we found early implementations of the download link email wandering into there!

There is no email myself and Rick decided just to give you the download link on the confirmation page, it was changed last minute hence why Lee was confused.

The download links should work I can see all but two people have downloaded successfully, try again later as the server is quite busy at the moment with the downloads, ensure you are using a browser such as Chrome or Firefox just to be sure of no compatibility issues but it appears no one else has had issues.

If that fails I can then give you a one time use download link via PM

There is a marketing email which is still sent out to everyone. But the actual fill in the form system that gives the real download links used to send an email out as well, which it doesn't any more.

OK you guys are special to me.

I am a very blunt person. I have NO filters in communication. I say exactly what I think and feel. If you think im being abrasive, its probably a personal problem because usually, Im not.

Played it a couple of times now and what a great demo it is! Enemies flying about all over the place when using the RPG. There are a couple of things like not being able to fire through the chain link fence and the enemies insistence of coming toe-to-toe with you to shoot you in the face. Overall a great demo and there's still a long way to go!

P.S: Anyone else found the sniper rifle and extra set of RPG rockets?

You'll have to look harder

Seriously, it's great to read these comments making us all feel our work is being rewarded. As has been said, there are a few editor tweaks and a couple of other tasks but you can expect it soon.

It's definitely there but you may have to do something you think you can't.

In the opening o the game it says you can edit and modify if you have FPS CR. Is this actually possible with only the .exe or not?

I think the Escape map is included in the V1.008 so you will be able to edit and modify it then..

It does say if you buy Reloaded you will be able to do that so im guessing that's right ..

It is impossible to edit the level without FPSCR. The final game is encrypted and compiled to a final game it cannot be edited without the map and editor.

You know when I first signed up and purchased gold I think I was on V1.004 or V1.005 and my first thought was ..Hmmm cant really do to much with this for the money at the moment... But I understood it was early development and could see where it was going so I was still happy

I am curious about the ability to have a custom icon and process name. But I'm assuming that's more of a 3rd Party Tool requirement for building the game launcher, intstaller?

Can't play it. My pc went to repair, and my laptop seems a pentium 100 running it. I've gave up for now.

Here, there and everywhere.
