LUA is the name of the programming language. You can use notepad or notepad++ and save your script as a .LUA file. Place the file in your scriptbank and then have an entity or marker reference it.

I think he is referring to the engine being an open end engine(if I read the question correctly :p) meaning that additional standalone modules can be added.The short answer is no, the long answer perhaps the source will be released once the program has been released and have a few versions under it's belt.


As for lua, it only allows to play with things already implemented in the engine, any thing else needs to be added to the source it self.

You can create your own ingame scripts using the LUA language.

FPSCR is not an open-source engine and you can not directly access its "insides". However, numerous mods have been coded for FPSC:Classic after TGC released its sourcecode and I'm certain that the same will happen with reloaded within the next 2-3 years.
