How to make a final build that includes the game with all my levels. I only get an option to make standalone builds for 1 level and not for all. Is there something wrong or is this feature currently unavailable?

1 map per standalone
multi level will come later but Lee has said he wants to be at a stage of making 1 great map (level) first before thinking about adding support for multi

Just so. Let's get one level exhibiting an awesome game play experience and then we can propagate that out to multiple levels and non-linear progression.
