I have a 3d model in my scene, when I shoot at it, I would like it to go flying randomly in the same direction as the bullet, i mean really move. currently no matter what I change the settings to, it always reacts the same way, this includes some of the entiy's that came with FPSCR.

Basically it barely moves when shot at, especially with a shot gun.

Is there any thing that can be done to create this effect.

Have to wait for the importer module, to define the proper physics. I am waiting for this also. Also when characters can walk on any object besides the terrain.

Am I able to sell my model even if the physics are not proper?

Yes you can. I do. You don't even need LOD if the object is to small.

The fields 'phyweight' and 'phyfriction' can be populated in your FPE but you will not know the relative effect of this until a version is released which applies these values to the physics object. This feature will be in the next build so you can adjust the relative mass and surface friction of your entities both in the FPE if you are an artist and through entity properties if you are an end user wanting to change the defaults.
