Any chance we could have a flickering light Lua script added to the lights when we right click on them ?
Could be great for atmosphere and maybe lightning if we could also set the timing of them ?

I was wondering that myself. The other day I was looking for the ability to change the characteristics of the light entities as they apparently use a script called "light1.lua", yet that script does not exist. I suspect they are actually hard coded for now and the script call is merely a place holder. Bummer!

Alas no plans for dynamic light control in LUA for V1.071. Certainly for V1.08, and please do remind me of this fact as you start to read blogs about V1.08 work!

You could do a flickering effect I imagine. There are decent options for ambient light settings. I've played about with a day night thing, but was not happy with the fogging effect. I'm sure it's possible to fudge a flickering effect. I may be wrong of course, but I am fairly confident. I'll have a look when I can, although there are better scriptwriters than me about I imagine. No, actually I know, there are always better scriptwriters.. I'm more your Jack of all Trades to be fair. Definitely possible though.
