Product Chat / Save as EXE / game assets not protected?

Hi,



When I build/save my game as .exe, the assets are not protected?

I hope one of the next betas will include protection for in-game assets.

This is planned, in the near future game assets from the store will be protected but full support will come later after core features are implemented.

hmm, it is a core feature

to protect your assets, else it makes no sense to publish the game.

but ok, we can wait a little bit more

At this stage as the engine is in development we are not expecting anyone to publish a finished game so assets should not be exposed at this early stage. It is considered as important.

Protected assets is a must but as said, nobody should be saving their project as a finshed product and as such this kind of thing should be kept to last, no?
