Soon . We are just putting the finishing touches to the current AI work, and I can tell you that it is looking good. We have realised that as the AI has got better, that there are lots of lovely features we'd like to add. As a result we'll be drawing a line under AI for this build in the next couple of days and moving additional work V1008. (Which already has a full work load scheduled for the entire team).

One thing I was curious to was if these new AI enhancements/improvements will help with the power required to have a significant amount of AI with out noticable slowdown. I noticed the OP of this thread posted elsewhere about AI killing his system when adding 10+, I like to hope that it will get better. Right now I think the system is accounting for every AI you put out there even if they are on the other side of the map. Once that issue gets fixed then I think we will have better performance with AI.

What I found odd is in "Get to the River" the action was rather jittery and became less so as I killed off the bad guys and watched the AI gauge decrease, however, I made a simple level with over 100 of them (to run a stress test) and it wasn't jittery at all. Anyway, glad to hear it's getting better!
