Apparently FPSC overload is used to create a sandbox game .

This is a lie .

Why ?

It's simple as long as there is no possibility of making a good SANbox with open world , because the engine does not offer such a possibility .

Mój polski jest bardzo źle, właściwie nie istnial więc używam Google Translate.
