I've created many small games with FPSCR, however the one problem I have always found is when creating levels with different terrain heights. It can be really hard to create a perfect slope from a lot level terrain to a higher level.

We already have a tool which car raise and lower the terrain, and a tool which creates a perfectly flat terrain, but we don't have one that creates a perfect slope between two different terrain levels, so I think it would be great to have this feature in the game creator.

There are multiples ways to do this,

1). Put your terrain circle between the lower and higher level and the level is equalled out for a perfect slope.

2). Have two terrain circles on screen, place one on the lower level where you want to start the raise in terrain, and place the second on the higher level where you want to slope to stop, then when you click, the slope is generated.

I think this would be an excellent addition to the tools. I have come across times already when I would have wanted a slope and not been able to create one very well.

I've got something to say

agree with this, definitely a nice tool needed to add hills as well as the current cliff-like system we have

and it clearly can be done as the randomly generated maps already have decent hills

I'm all for a tool of this nature for the creation of roads and paths that go up or down hills. One thought would be to add a gradient value to the level tool. In other words, allow the user to enter a slope value, say 6% (plus or minus for upward or downward slopes). As the tool is moved across the terrain the level would decline or rise at that rate. This would create very realistic pathways across and around hilly terrain.

I can't help but think of the old RCT3 terrain-shaping tool. It worked great!

Count my post here as another vote for this feature. Would be extremely useful and is probably the number one feature I would like to see as it would give you a huge amount of creativity within maps. It would especially help me for my competition maps! Not that I really think I have a chance of winning anything, it's just the taking part that counts to me...

Yea I am all about this feature as well. Spend way too long the other night raising/leveling raising/leveling to create a slope only to hate it and flatten it all.
