I wasn't sure if the game had one but sadly it does i have only placed a small amount of items compared to the level size and it wont let me place anymore hope this gets fixed soon :/

Does it come up with an error? Or just won't let place an entity?



I haven't tried this in v5 but in v4 I've never had this problem.

no error just wont let me place anything i tryed reloading ect to see but nothing i then del a few things and it lets me put down the amount i took away so it is a cap bit strange having a big area and you are limited on what you can place

Have you tried the same map in v4? See if the same issue is still there?

I've had this also. Memory seems to be a bit on the low side at the moment. Not tried version 045 yet but even with the memory leak fixes we will probably struggle to fill anything like the entire map.

Yeah the same here with my city.



the editor won't let me place items anymore.

If i restart then i can place another item, object.

But sometimes it won't let me place anything anymore.

I also get a limited amount of items it stops or refuses to place anymore. It is a bit lame to be honest how can anyone fill a level. Infact there are less than fpsc can have. Hope some insight or tips or if it will be sorted

an unquenchable thirst for knowledge of game creation!!!

I've made a note about this and will raise it with Lee. Clearly Reloaded must allow for many thousands of entities in any one level.

well it happened to me aswell tonight lol, but I have a fair amount of entities in but still not so much that it is quite limited hopefully we get a good many 1000's more in due course

if you placed the same entities, they all share the same texture map.So you put in a fair amount of entities, but if you place different buildings or objects with different textures, then you are pretty fast at the limt.



At least thats what i noticed.
