Are those screenshots from v1.002 as I can not get good looking reflective water with v1.003, even with everything set on max...

The Castle map was created in v1.002 but the screen shot was was taken in v1.003 using a Dual Core 1.6 CPU, Geforce 6600gt and Win XP.

Are you using the sliders to change the LOD? Also don't be afraid of using a little fog, it's great for creating a bit of atmosphere.

Don't forget about using the 'F' keys for fine tuning as well -

F1 Pre Bloom Boost

F2 Bloom Threshold

F3 Post Bloom

F4 Light Ray Factor

F5 Brightness

F6 Shadow Strength

I also noticed that M2Design's screen shots says it was created with v1.003.

Yeah I noticed that afterwards.

Thanks for the tips, yeah I wacked everything on full. But I have noticed the colour of the structures, direction you are facing and other lighting factors all seem to effect it quite a bit. Nice pics, was hoping I could get the reflection on my one the same, I think once the water is less transparent it will look better.

Try taking screenshots standing on the water itself, I found this works better
