Never mind. I finally succeeded...



How to install Beta version 301113..



I finally unzipped it.. Here is the method I used...



It worked on 'NETSCAPE' browser and `downloading it to disk'...



Then by clicking on it in tools- Netscape downloads page, it opened o.k. and all went well.



And it installed completely on my PC without having to unzip it..

I'm not able to open the zip file with any utility I have: 7-Zip, WinRar, Windows File Explorer. Says it is corrupt.



Trying to download it again and see if the DL was somehow corrupted but then I saw this post and am worried there is some other issue. Had no issues with Beta 1 or 2.

I had to try and download three times before the ZIP file was finally not corrupt. I think TGC server is glitchy when serving up large files (have encountered similar issues with AGK betas). However, I used the same browser all three times and the final time it worked.

Strange. I had no problem with downloading betas 2 and 3 but had endless problems with beta1. Perhaps there's a dodgy port or channel or something like that on a server somewhere?

We have improved our server system since this post so you should be experiencing better download success now, and we have two mirror sites to half the workload. These problems are typical of a situation where our entire community is downloading a 200MB file all at the same time
