That is a very good question. Interestingly the beta1 download has a different date on it as well. I smell a rat. Has TGC been hacked? Or is it just one of those very rare software glitches that affect TGC from time to time?

That's the version that came out a week (8/11/2013) after the first (31/10/2013) beta. Maybe it was uploaded again due to server problems. But it's not new.
