Play Fallout 3, look at the random junk lying around that emphasizes the nuked out effect. Take a stroll through the D.C. Ruins, see what you can see. If you think you've done it all, and still need some more models, then find a different game similar. I've heard some great things about S.T.A.L.K.E.R. (and some bad things). Or, you could try to play a game that's nothing like Fallout 3. Examples: CoD 4, Crysis, Half Life 2, and any other game really. If you're tired of games, take a stroll outside and you'll see inspiration everywhere. Good luck, this pack looks super-sweet!

However, I would change the texture for that building in the first pic, to make it not all the same texture.

Awesomeness detected, oh Brother! Pretty Horrorshow! Keep it up, righty right?

Suggestions: More stuff to fill up scenes and cuboards
Corpses (No difficult stuff, just some rips with meat on it and so on, maybe)

This debris stuff is ultraviolent mate, I like that one most, well well well, like I said, keep it up!

Your work is sensational, the texturing just makes it all look perfect. I'd definitely purchase this as an FPSC official Model Pack, I'd also be surprised if it didn't pass with them as an appropriate pack for that

If you're looking for a few ideas, perhaps electrical wires of various sizes, lengths and looks to run along walls, or have in a tangle hanging from ceilings or such, just for detail. Just an idea. Although, if you're playing Fallout 3 I suppose you have all the inspiration right there!

This is awesome, great work. Yep I have ideas.

Window frames, just attach them to buildings, they would have boarded up sections, bars, corrugated iron, different types. So one could have a relatively simple box building, but turn it into a wreck by adding these window sections.

Tattered curtains and battered up busted venetian/office blinds.

Like the floor overlays, but stuff for walls and ceilings.

posters and billboards, busted up and old.

fortification stuff, barbed wire, barricades of all types, stuff that goes on the top of walls to stop people scaling the wall etc. There is a million and one stuff for that kind of thing one could make, very useful is that for loads of games.

Floor sections with holes in them, no one has ever made these, but very useful, how one puts the segments together could make endless variations.

NEW STUFF

I just want to say that I am very proud of how this one came out, I think I did a good job on the texture, and it gives me a sense that I am getting better. Crits always accepted too.

-fallow one excellent ideas, I will get started tomorrow!
-tanya, It only took like 8mins to model and 20mins to texture, its no problem. I'll put some pigs/cow corpses on my to-do list.

So what do you guys think about the Sci-thing??
Haha.

Nice texture work, Id look to do versions that have the window on both sides like you did with the one above, and perhaps ones that have the rear side flat, then one can put those on buildings that will not have people going into them, it saves polys and performance.

Actually, that model does not have a window on the back, and its somewhat detailed in itself. Basicly its not just a box with a texture on it. Look

Anyways

Geez man, this just keeps getting better and better! I'm really excited about it's release, you have my money for sure.

To stick with an abandoned-style theme, I was thinking perhaps in say, an abandoned city, you might also find luggage containers and suitcases lying about in certain locations - train depots, houses, perhaps side walks and such - for a tad bit more detail. Some could be closed, others open with simple looking heaps of clothing in a mess, sprawled out on the ground. You could even do very basic police caution tape lines, that stretch different various lengths we could inturn set up to run from trees, posts or barriers around our maps. Again just some ideas, thought I'd share.

Keep it up man

Cheers

Life would be much easier if I had the source code.
